• The rate charged will be rate of the month where majority of your holiday days fall.

• Please note, bedrooms are of very good size:  Bedroom 1 (First floor)  has 1 single bed and one double bed.  Bedroom 2 (Second floor) has one double bed.

• Second floor has quite steep stairs to reach bedroom 2.

• Bed linen included, all electricity included, all equipment included. Launderette and supermarket within 10 minute walk.

• Please bring your own beach towels.

• A welcome pack provided with tea, coffee, milk, sugar

• £100 reservation deposit and £100 refundable security deposit required in advance.

• 7 night stay changeover days are Saturdays.  All arrivals at 4pm, departures before 10am.

• We may be able to be flexible on times/dates - just ask

• Not suitable for pets, there is no garden or courtyard.
