Hi Alison,

We arrived back in England safely! We left you about 12.20 and got to Calais at about 5 so it was a good run.

Thank you so much for letting us book your beautiful house. We had a fantastic time! The house is even more lovely than we expected and it was so lovely to meet you. We were so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to spend new year and that it's owned by such lovely people.

I hope the new year brings you much happiness!

We really loved your "maison de ville" and it was just right for us. It was always so good coming "home" at the end of a day's sight-seeing, as it felt so welcoming. The house definitely has good vibes.

Please say hello to Sheila and Barry for us when you next see them. It was kind of them to have us over to coffee and show us their beautiful home.

We have had the most magnificent weekend, the Gite has been so comfortable & relaxing, we love the renovation and all the facilities are superb thanks! You really have a great location here, Pontorson has everything you need and is such a gorgeous town. We feel sad that we can't stay longer!

Thanks for the suggestions, we had a great first day at Mont St Michel, took things in slowly and got to the top without any queues (late in the day is the way to go), perfect. Sunday we went back, took off the shoes and did the walk around on the sand, what a great experience, the place is just truly amazing and we agree that you need to see it from all the way around on the sand to really appreciate it.

We will be back and we will let all our friends know about your fantastic gite.
